I have read numerous books and programs about Real Estate Investing (a field that does more for me than JUST feed my family), and was given this title to read by a fellow investor. If you are just starting out, don't have a large nest-egg to start investing with, and want a very fast, safe and easy way to get into investing in Real Estate, this book is probably the simplest and best way to start out.
I Never write anything about products, whether I enjoy them or not. I had to share my feelings with anyone who truly wishes to change their lives by purchasing Real Estate with little or No money down. I have read more than 20 books on the subject of real Estate, and only Peter Conti describes step by step how to find, purchase and control Real Estate.
I followed the books directions and now have 3 properties in nice area with positive cash flow ( Making Money) and I wish to publicly thank Peter for writing this book to change me and my families life forever!!

This is not a "get-rich-quick without effort" book, but if you are interested in real techniques for buying and selling property that will literally propel you to financial freedom, and are prepared to step out into new territory and make some mistakes along the way, get this book. You won't be sorry!!
I was a novice investor and I bought this book one year ago. I followed the investing principles it taught and I now own two properties that I control 'subject to' the existing financing. Obviously from my results I can't recommend this book highly enough.
It's key features for me are:
1) step by step
2) teaches the 'human factor' of negotiating deals
3) explains how to build safety valves into your deals
4) teaches a SYSTEM for finding properties and tenant buyers
5) it work in all areas of the country
As a new investor, I found this book very useful. Peter is very clear in his explanation of what to do and what to avoid. He actually touched on exactly what I was looking for - how to structure deals and where to find these ever-elusive 'Motivated Sellers'. What's more, he explains the do's and don'ts of seller/investor interaction. I really hope no one else in my town reads this book... it's that good :)
This book was very informative. The authors used a simple approach to explain their subject. Anyone reading this book should come away with the feeling of being able to buy and sell real estate. I learned several ways to use the Lease Option. Much more than I had previously known and I am currently in the business of buying and selling real estate. Other than the contracts , forms and agreements, you have everything needed to make money buying nice houses in nice areas. Get this book!
This book presented the topic in an easy to understand manner. I learned that there is another way to make money in the world of real estate investing besides flipping props, rehabs, buy/hold & rental strategies. Of course you have to put some effort & commitment into whatever you do to get results. Nothing will fall into your lap if you don't get off the couch, put down the potato chips & apply action.
I have read many real estate investing books and this is one of the few that focuses on clear and concise manners in dealing with sellers. It outlines many useful techniques in structuring the offer that makes a win-win situation for both the seller and yourself the buyer. For seasoned investors as well as beginners, this book is a must in your collection.
This book was fantastic. I really liked the specific, doable ideas shared. Anyone that wants to move forward can use their
information given in the book. The copy is well written. I read the book in one day. I just couldn't put it down.
I decided during my senior year in college that I wanted to start investing in real estate. After about a year of investigating and reading about real estate I still hadn't been able to purchase any properties. Finally I read this book by Peter and it actually had step-by-step instructions I could follow and that I felt were a good match with my un-bold personality. Two years and a half years later I have done 9 deals. I cashed out of one and one was a flip. If you're looking to get started in real estate, I give this book my highest recommendation.
